Uniforms of George Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns:

• Eligibility:

You may return products for a refund within 10 working days of the receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging.
• With original labels and tags still attached.
• In a saleable condition (unless covered by warranty).
• A handling fee of 15% will be deducted for all eligible returns.

• Exceptions:

This policy does not apply to certain products, including:

• Any personalised items, including, but not restricted to: Embroidery, Printing or non-standard modifications.

• Reporting Issues:

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the goods to report the issue.

2. Refunds:

• Full Refund: We offer a full refund for returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
• Exchanges: We may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on availability.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product and will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed by Uniforms of George.
• Shipping Costs: Any costs associated with a return is payable by the Customer.
• Handling Fee: A handling fee of 15% will be deducted for all eligible refunds.

3. Proof of Purchase:

• Proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.

4. Voetstoots Deals:

• If you purchase a product “as is” (Voetstoots Deal), it is not eligible for a refund or return, except in cases of defects that existed at the time of sale.
