At Uniforms of George, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help—within reason. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to be clear and fair, while protecting both you and our business. Please take a moment to review the terms below before initiating a return.
Uniforms of George Returns and Refund Policy
- Returns:
- Eligibility:
You may return products for a refund within 10 working days of the receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- With original labels and tags still attached.
- In a saleable condition (unless covered by warranty).
- A handling fee of 15% will be deducted for all eligible returns.
- Exceptions:
This policy does not apply to certain products, including:
- Any personalised items, including, but not restricted to: Embroidery, Printing or non-standard modifications.
- Reporting Issues:
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the goods to report the issue.
- Refunds:
- Full Refund: We offer a full refund for returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
- Exchanges: We may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on availability.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product and will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed by Uniforms of George.
- Shipping Costs: Any costs associated with a return is payable by the Customer.
- Handling Fee: A handling fee of 15% will be deducted for all eligible refunds.
- Proof of Purchase:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.
- Voetstoots Deals:
- If you purchase a product “as is” (Voetstoots Deal), it is not eligible for a refund or return, except in cases of defects that existed at the time of sale.
- Consumer Protection Act:
- This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
